A naturally caffeine free herbal blend to help aid with symptoms of cold and flu. Fresh, pleasant floral flavour.

Ingredients: Lime blossom, elderflowers, mullein flowers, purple cornflowers, meadowsweet, thyme.

Lime blossom can aid with normal function of the respiratory tract, relaxation and sleep. Elderflower is often used to help fight colds and flu symptoms as well as swollen sinuses.

Origin: Czech Republic
Preparation: Use freshly boiled filtered water 100°C.
Allow 1 slightly heaped teaspoon of tea for 300ml cup.
Infuse 5-8 min.
